The chicken that they gave us on drive thru looked like someone bit into it /pinch. Whoevers working that night was hungry. Dissapointing.

We order last night at around 9:45 pm, It was not even busy that time and we’re the only car at the Drive -Thru, while we’re ordering over the speaker the lady who took our order was being unfriendly and when we got our food after (more than 5minutes) there’s ... no receipt in the bag and the chicken was completely burnt; it looks like an old oil or they put it back on the oil just to look fresh and hot. We went back and the lady was extremely rude and doesn’t even have any training on Customer Service, when we said that the chicken is burnt she was so confidence and said “it’s just crispy” we’re not stupid to not realize what’s the difference between Crispy and Burnt. After we said that we need a new one that Indian Lady said that “so do you want more crispy?” Instead of apologizing she was so rude and looks like she’s mad. This is not the first time that we encounter these rude employees, the management team doesn’t even do their job to coach their employees on how to handle proper guest service. ( even their managers doesn’t even know to handle a customer complain) these employees need to learn how to apologize and be nice to their guest. Food was absolutely disgusting. The guy up front on the cashier and the guy that answered the phone were both absolutely rude. I went there and asked for fresh and crispy chicken. He said it was fresh. I got home and the chicken was dripping in oil and was absolutely ... old and gross and cold. I called to mentioned they gave me old chicken that was full of oil and the man did not care. He said bring back all the food if you would like a refund instead of apologizing. We tried the vegetarian burger and crispy chicken zinger burger with fries. Very average taste. The vegetarian burger was too oily, felt like the patty was fried multiple times. The zinger burger was decent. Over all very average experience.

This is what I got for $37 today! I asked for all white meat. I ordered a 6 piece chicken and it came with 2 sides (fries and coleslaw). I paid extra for a small gravy. The worst part of this was they gave me “extra small” pieces of ... chicken. Yes, these are chicken breasts and ribs that I paid extra money for! Not surprisingly, the chicken was so dry. This KFC store does not care about the quality of their food at all. They should be ashamed to be serving this for the money they are charging. And of course you don’t see it until you get home.
