It's at a nice spot, they have a drive through. The staff is very good. However, for some reason they had a lot fumes from frying which really felt uncomfortable but no complains as it doesn't seem to be a everyday thing
The chicken was soggy and overcooked. The fries were cold and the coleslaw was something we just couldn’t eat. Poor food quality compared to other kfcs on south side.
Very MEH. Poor, unfriendly service until I paid and no effort to provide proper customer service. BUT, the saving grace here is that my food was hot, fresh, and delicious. New management would really help this place out.
This place is terrible. Zero stars. The chicken we received was soggy, over-fried and extremely greasy compared to other locations. Looks like leftover, re-warmed chicken from their lunch hour. Not the first time the food was horrible - should have taken the hint. Staff person on the phone was also rude ... when I called. She also said they had no chicken since 3pm. I was there at 4pm so not sure what I paid for then. I think she meant they had no “fresh” chicken since 3pm. Dodgy! Save your money and go elsewhere. Read more

Worse place to go to. You can use washroom only before you buy something. I did ask that I want to use washroom urgently first and then I will buy. Nop, customer service.
