KFC - Edmonton, Alberta

Wouldn't go here again! Last customer before they close tonight. Took almost 10 minutes for a stacker combo. Leave and go to eat it and bun is moldy and chicken tastes aweful. So sad as I normally love my KFC.

Ordered a chicken bowl, received a soup of gravy and 3 chicken bits. Could not be eaten with a fork, when I asked for a spoon so I could attempt to eat the bowl I was told "no". Never again, my son always like to get KFC when we went to the mall. But after today he never wants to eat KFC again. The chicken was so greasy that 2 paper napkins were soaked in grease. When I showed the employee the how much grease was there with ... chicken on the napkin. He told me it that it was because KFC change their recipe . Well it looks like KFC is on their way to bankruptcy. I am sad to see that this is the way they are going after I have enjoyed eating there since I was a kid. Read more

Only one person working when we came (she takes the order and she also prepares them), though she was not slow, I think a second person would have made things go faster. Her attitude and demeanor was okay though. And she washes her hands before preparing the food, so that ... is good. Fried chicken though did not taste good, the way I’ve gotten used to the flavorful KFC fried chicken, but the temperature was good and hot. However, the side order of mashed potatoes tasted suspicious; it’s not spoiled but did not taste as it should. Read more

They're notorious for pushing off cold, old food. So I spefically asked for fresh fries, and chicken. After waiting 5 mins, I got cold fries and cold chicken, and gravy was barely lukewarm. Do I return it, and risk a snot ball in a new order? Can't risk it, I ... ate it, in disgust, and anger. Now since I'm home, I'm very racing to the WC.
