It’s not finger licking good!! it’s a soggy soaked in grease mess and made us all sick. It’s stomach Pumping awesome 🤢 we will not be returning there or the one at the other Saint Albert location same mess! Just a rip off. This KFC provides poor service on a regular basis. They constantly forget to give sauces or the correct sauces. There are unreasonably long waits for chicken to be made at this location even at times when chicken should be ready (lunch and dinner times). They give out buckets of chicken ... that have an unusually large amount of drumsticks while the KFC on the other side of town always gives out the correct ratio. Read more

If I could give no stars to write this review, I would. The chicken tenders are supposed to be crispy and they were soggy... as if they gave us old leftover meat. KFC chicken tenders are my literal favourite and I have never had them so bad before...

I had a very poor experience at this location. It was dinner time and I waited for about 10 minutes to order in the drive through and then waited an additional 15 minutes to get to the window to pay and was asked if dark meat only was ok? I ... said no and then was advised an additional 12 minute wait. I said forget it and left. I should have been advised when I ordered that there would be a wait and I could have ordered something else at that time. I found this to be very poor customer service. Read more

I was the only customer in the restaurant. There was someone at drive thru and there were 3-4 people working. The way they were yelling at each other and the tone they used, I was disgusted. It's not like there was a rush. People are listening! Talk ... with each other respectfully! PS. Put some ketchup out and maybe you won't forget to include it with the meal I used to manage a restaurant like this and there's no reason to be unprofessional. Read more
