when I get KFC, I’m not expecting high dining, but I am expecting flavourful food. Got two pieces of chicken on the side, poutine, and a four piece meal chicken and gravy were extremely bland. Chicken had an after taste as well. Looks like the chicken shrunk in size. The fries are absolutely terrible. Did they change the fries? The gravy had no taste. Very disappointed in KFC. Don’t think I’ll be returning. Paid $3.39 for a tiny contain of coleslaw. You gotta be kidding me.

Tried calling a couple times to place an order for pick up, no answer. Went in, stood at the counter for 5 ish minutes. Everyone was in the kitchen area /drive through and no one came to the counter. Been to this location a few times and the service is always horrible. This last time the chicken was super oily like they reheated previously made chicken. Parts were overcooked like the chicken was cooked twice. Large box of fries and they're all 1-2" long, toothpicks are longer than these. ... Instead if giving me a large gravy, I got 2 small side portion gravies. Do not use this location, it's continuously going downhill. This new/refreshed location is nice and the food was good, but the customer service here is nonexistent. Self-Order kiosks are setup inside, nobody at the counter to help you or offer to take your order. Loud laughing and cackling, between the staff in the back kitchen, is about ... the only thing that stands out here. I tried to sit down to enjoy my meal and had to leave early because the noise from the back was so over the top. I won't be going back. But, if you're ok waiting forever and doing self-checkout without speaking to a human, then this is the spot for you! Read more
