Quality control is not something they care about. Run by cheap ppl… I remember when this place used to be good.
This place is very filthy. Clearly has a very lazy staff that just refused to clean and the food was unbelievably terrible. Very small portions. Will Not return. Definitely do not recommend this place.
Title: Disappointing Experience at New KFC Location Review: My recent visit to the new KFC left much to be desired. Despite being loyal patrons of KFC for years, my wife and I were disappointed with the overall experience. The chicken was excessively greasy, lacking the crispy texture we expect. While we understand ... that occasional mishaps occur, the disregard for customer service was unacceptable. Upon presenting a coupon, we encountered resistance from the staff who seemed unaware of its existence. Even after explaining and showing proof, we were met with rudeness from both the cashier and the manager. Despite honoring the coupon reluctantly, the ordeal left a sour taste. Furthermore, the service was slow, with our order taking an unreasonable 30 minutes to be served. This is not the first instance of poor service at this location, indicating a recurring issue. To add insult to injury, we were charged an additional $2 for a small portion of spicy mayo, which felt excessive given our total bill. While proximity to our home and our love for KFC tempted us to return, the consistently unfriendly staff and subpar quality have deterred us. We will not be revisiting this location and hope for improvements in both service and food quality in the future. Read more
Made a skip order. Mind you an order under like 15$ will NOT be accepted. Ordered the popcorn bucket 18.68$ with 3 sauces. What I got was the smallest thing they had worth 5.89 and no sauces even!!!!!! Seriously not impressed nor was my son who got a snack. ...
