Extreme Pita - Edmonton, Alberta

The staff is not trained. The management don't even take care of the place. Ordering food is preferential to the server, I guess, as I ordered my food and they proceed to take other ppls orders without starting mine. Now, having to wait for an indecisive person to take thier order. Just ... do one order one at time. I will feel like I'm getting better service that way. They didn't even ask if I wanted anything added to it. I had to remind them of what I wanted.. it felt like they weren't being checked up on or given any incentive to be there. If you care about your employees and the store. Then start paying attention to what needs to be changed to make it better. Read more

Very disappointed in the food. I orerded the Philly cheese pita. It was terrible. No flavour and way too much mayo. Tasted like mayo pita and lettuce. The service was not very good either. Got the order to go. I won't be back. I also found the price really expensive ... for the size of portion I received. I would head down to Edo before returning here. Read more

Well below average food quality. The food was honestly gross, I did not enjoy myself during my meal here. Will never be visiting here again. Came back to this place today, after an earlier visit last month. My first visit I had experienced great service and food. However, today the service was horrible as I am disappointed. The service was cold and the girl who was serving me today didnt even offer me sauce ... on my pita. I even asked if there was sauce on my pita before leaving to which she stated, yes. It cost me $12, and I had to even some dry food. Not gonna risk it again, and won't be coming back. give ur money to places that are glad to serve you and won't try to rush u out when u are the only person in store. Read more

I came in before the lunch hour on Wednesday to see if I could order lunch for my store opening team. I got the most unbelievable service. I wish I had got her name. She helped me pick a party platter, made sure she had it ready in a short ... amount of time even thou they got so busy. Both ladies worked so well together to support each other and handle the lines while getting me a healthy lunch for my 15 team members. Great customer service especially under pressure. Read more
