Not sure if owner ship has changed, or if the Pandemic has affected quality at this location. My pita was dry so there for it fell apart, the lettuce was not the best. The customer service and communication needs some work. She just assumed what we wanted in our pitas without asking if the ingredients were okay. At first making the wrong pita all together. The lettuce was mostly white pieces that we ended up having to pull out and the temperature inside ... the building was absolutely freezing inside that eating there required us to keep our gloves on. The portions at the Oliver location are a joke! I ordered a bowl with quinoa and salmon and there was literally barely any quinoa in it. Just lettuce, 2 mushrooms, and 4 slices of zucchini. And they charged $13 for a bowl of cheap lettuce and spinach?! Never go to ... Extreme Pita at Oliver Square if you want to get the best value for your money! Read more

The quality of the ingredients here is awful compared to the other locations around the city. Don't think the employees take much pride in their work here. I could make a better wrap at home. The only benefit to going there is it is always empty and you don't have ... to wait to order, probably because the food is so lousy. We will be going back soon! The food is surprisingly filling, and beyond good. It can be a little bit pricey if you are in a group but the staff service more than makes up for that. They are friendly and welcoming. They will let you get warm inside if ... you are waiting for the bus , they show concern about allergies, and diet preferences, they take your food to the table if you are eating in and they are not overly busy , and they actually say goodbye to you as you leave. I kinda love this place. Plus it is very warm, and clean, they even of vases of flowers sometimes. Read more
