Extreme Pita - Edmonton, Alberta

Two years ago this place was amazing. New management, it seems, doesn’t give a darn about service. Pita was torn and half full, with chicken & cheese barely warm from the grille. Sauce was mostly on the outside of the wrap. Wife ordered a salad that normally comes with a dressing ... she can’t have, and asked for it to be left off. The guy picked up the dressing bottle to pour it on, my wife piped up and said “excuse me, no dressing please!” He looked at her and said “no?” “No” my wife responds, shaking her head. “Okay” he says and smothers her salad in it. Good tasting food. The young guy who served me used a pita with a huge rip down the side. Was too messy to finish.

I love going to this extreme pita. The staff is very friendly which makes your visit there a good one. Also, I like the fact that they never try to rush you while you are there.

I ordered the Philly cheesesteak pita. It was full of lettuce and almost no meat.... or cheese. Very disappointing.

Poor service, I purchased "falafel sandwich", and as usual you got a little of hummus somewhere in your sandwich, once I tasted that hummus I knew it wasn't fresh, and when I told her and ask for refund she didn't like it and said ( I'll remember you for next ... time) !!!!!!! I'm from a country where we eat hummus almost everyday and I can tell if hummus is fresh and not!!! Read more
