Truly awful service. I received the wrong item last night and my phone is out of service so I couldn’t call the store right away. As I was walking out after paying they were locking the door behind me, I assumed they were closing. The next day after I paid ... my phone bill and I can call out, I call the store and explain I got the wrong order, the manager is rude and disrespectful calling me a liar saying I should’ve called back right away last night but my phones out of service how can I? I also explained I thought they were closing as they locked the door behind me as I left and were putting chairs up. He said I had another excuse. Like WHAT?! What kind of manager says that. What a waste of money. I will never order from this location again. The manager needs a lesson on customer service and taking accountability they messed up and not to blame the paying customer for not calling right away even though I took pictures and have proof with my receipt. This Domino's branch is very well organised and decent in terms of the quality of pizza and service. I had a deluxe pizza and it was very well made. If you fancy pizza while you're in downtown area, this place can be a good option.

I really enjoy coming here. The owner and staff are wonderful. I had the pleasure of being served by Store Manager Sarah. Her kindness goes beyond expectations as she even held the door open for me. Kind and considerate, she was steadfast in handling all the orders while I was present with top-notch quality. Overdue for this amazing location: Had the pleasure of ordering here a few times now. I primarily make my orders online/app. After my first couple orders, I received a call from this location's manager Arnold (Apologies if I am incorrect). During our brief conversation, he followed up my order and allowed me ... to provide feedback to improve the service. I was offered a free Cheesy Bread for my time. This evening I had the pleasure of speaking to Jenny (Apologies if I spelled it wrong) to confirm my free item while ordering online. Not only did she honor this Cheesy Bread, she allowed me to order a specialty one and pay the difference. Heading into the store, one of the other wonderful women at the front was also very kind and receptive trying to explain the situation. After Jenny took over, just like any other time I've been here...I was well received and had a wonderful experience.
