Worst tutti frutti we’ve ever been too. Cashier was on her personal phone most of the time. Only half the yogurts were actually frozen - rest were out of order or liquid came out. Tables were not clean. Bathroom was locked and cashier did not know where a key was ... to open it. We were the only ones in there so not like she had anything else to do. Would not go back again. The customization is not as great as it once was. I remember being able to choose from a wider variety of ingredients however what they have now is fine. Frozen yogurt on a hot day will almost always hit the spot and Tutti frutti usually does

When we arrived only one flavour was working properly. We informed the employee of this and he said he would fix it. 10 mintues later and he only managed to fix one. Got our FroYo, and as soon as we paid, my four year old son dropped his. I asked for a mop to help clean up and the girl there basically ignored me, telling me don't worry about it, that she would take care of it. She did after leaving it ... there for ten minutes. Not that big of a deal I guess, but when we got my son his second bowl, she charged me for the second bowl! I suppose that's technically fair, but I was very put off by the treatment from the staff. I was so disappointed. i was looking forward to a refreshing frozen yogurt with some fresh or frozen fruit. there was barley any fruit as a toppings just more junk food, it was over priced and they didn't mix the stuff into the yogurt at all. it cost us 15$ ... for 2 cups and I was so disgusted i left it there.
