Purdys is the Best Chocolate Ever! Love the Milk Chocolate & the Ice Cream Come to Purdys Southgate!

Ice cream was okay I guess. Would've been better if the employee had maybe cooperated with me on breaking my bills and change instead of just saying "oh it's okay!" When I said I had change so I wouldn't be overloading my wallet with more coins. Maybe it doesn't seem ... like a big deal to you, but from someone who also works in customer service your job is to actually be of service and perhaps maybe even be slightly accomodating when it is asked of you. Kindness goes a long way, and it doesn't take more than a few seconds to accept some change to do bills instead. Read more

Great ice cream and chocolates...but always the WORST service. The staff make up policies that don't exist for any other location. They are also SO stingy...as if you're not already spending enough on the ice cream or chocolate....adding some extra toppings like nuts or sprinkles to ice cream is really ... helpful in customer retention. They offer the loyalty program as do other stores, but do not honor the free ice cream as per customer request. They only give out the junior scoop. Customer service is lacking and disappointing. Your cravings for very delicious chocolates would definitely get satisfied at this place! I like their selection of chocolates and I guess I mentioned it before but Purdys is one of my favorite chocolate places here at Edmonton.
