The customer service is good and the cake taste good however don’t expect much for custom cake designs. They don’t actually know how to draw or pipe something that will look professional and still they tried to sell it to me saying that this is what I wanted and asked ... for but it clearly looked like a child drew it and it was very disappointing to see such a beautiful cake ruined by the character drawing that they said confidently that they could do.Not only did she say this is what I asked for, but she told me due to the little stars and extra details to the character it was harder for them to create but they never said this to me when ordering and I asked her twice on the phone she can do it? She can recreate this drawing and make it look like that? She said there wouldn’t be the cookie and I said that’s fine just the piping is good but obviously there was a huge miscommunication. The day we went there to order a birthday cake for my son we bought 3 different cupcakes as well to try them out. Ordered cake, came home tried the cupcakes. The worst taste I ever had. I was now worried about the cake so I call them to change ... the flavour, icing, filling and all. Cake was so dense Instead of airy, fluffy and soft. Really good cupcakes. Icing was delicious, cake moist and not overly sweet. Ordered online 40 for pick up, called to confirm and paid over the phone. and all my friends enjoyed. Friends said vanilla chai was one of the best. Ordered classics and purple menu.

Called here around noon on September 23, 2023 there was no answer so I called the North side location. I was looking for a specific cake to be made last minute to celebrate my friend’s birthday the following day. The North side said they could not make it in such ... little time. After I hung up with them I received a call back from the South side location asking if I had called. I was very surprised to get a call back. I explained to the lady I needed a last minute cake done up she said yes we can do that. I placed an order for a 7” marble cake with raspberry butter cream icing in the middle and lemon cream cheese icing on the outside decorated in sweet swirls and little silver balls.
