Hey devon tim Hortons I'm not asking for extra cream cheese on my bagel just for it to be spread on both sides when 1 year ago I didn't have to beg for more then a slight skiff of it on a corner there was more cream cheese left on ... the knife then what goes onto the bagel now days id suggest you bring back the old ways and quit the shrinkflation as you too will be canceled and fast meaning your devon location won't exist anymore if you keep screwing over this town give us what we pay for and now I'm done being nice about it and for the caty women in the back laughing about it I don't appreciate that not one bit cheers your about to lose alot of business if portions aren't corrected like my half filled Chilli...oh it fit in a small coffee cup as a large Chilli kinda odd ...do better !!! To night we are really disappointed. We came after work around 8h40 the hôtesse was Was unpleasant, the meal was cold one of the chicken wraps lacked ingredients the grilled chicken was dry and overcooked, inedible. We love Tim Horton's but tonight we were disappointed.

These guys have the fastest drive thru ever. Seen like 5 cars pull in and I was served and out in like 5 minutes. It's for sure a great experience going through. Renovations are also looking good!

Went through the drive thru twice here today, due to the rude and incompetent staff not listening when taking my order. I had ordered two wedges with some drinks and a farmers wrap. Noticed we only had one set of wedges and went inside to sort it out, was then ... told to go through the drive thru again where I explained and was told that I was gonna be charged for one which was fine, but acted as if them not putting through on the order was my fault when I clearly said it a couple times, then proceeded to act like they were showing “kindnesses” for not charging me for one of them. And then, we leave and the farmers wrap is not even a breakfast wrap. Used to love it here, now I feel rushed and there’s rude staff. This happened to ne 2nd time , i went to tim hortons ordered potato wedges and 2 coffee , waited for 10 mintues and gave me cold wedges when i returned it they have not garbage it , put back to the counter as shown in the pic , dont ... go there , they are going to sell the return wedges , so worst , i expect they have improved their service after renovation but its getting more worst .
