Tim Hortons - Edmonton, Alberta

Ordered here on the night shift, east side drive-through. We got treated like we are less than human. Supposed to leave feeling better, with excellent customer service and delicious food. Food is decent to subpar.

Too noisy there like a fish market. hardly understand what they yell at each other.. They just want to get rid off the customers as quick as possible before customer can even finish their orders. Found eggshells in my wrap today.

Drive through side by the 5 guys, excellent, gets it right every time. Car wash side, dogwater it's awful never gets it right no matter how simple the order is, also slow as a snail. Also this tim hortons as a whole... just get an esspresso machine, your a coffee ... shop, get rid of a non coffee related thing to make it fit. Read more

Terrible location. The atmosphere is terrible there so focused on drive through that at times I’m waiting at the front for service while five people are working the drive through. The staff seem so stressed out management run these people to the ground. I’m afraid the older lady’s might one day ... have a heart attack the way management treats them. As a customer the service and way the staff gets treated is like no other. This morning at 830am drive through line there was a little lady usually really rude and stressed out I was suppose to get a free coffee and got charged she gave me attitude like it was my fault this will be the last time going to this location. I was rushed through my entire order. I kept having to say I'm not done yet. Then I wanted 6 donuts some specialty (who cares I still want them) she proceed to argue with me over something I wasn't even arguing over lol I had to reply I just want ... my donuts lady. And my breakfast sandwich was so cold the cheese felt like ice. :( very disappointing. Read more
