Ordered an overpriced cilantro lime bowl here and the bowl came with no cilantro or lime flavour. So what was the point of the title then? The chicken was supposed to be grilled but i received some overcooked mush that you could barely tell was meat, almost looked like dog ... food. The girls at the window are great and always say hi to me and my pugs when we come through. The other people at the window take your order as a suggestion so good luck. The food sucks I just don't get how it's always bad those new pinwheel things first day ... they had them got one and it was great, now for whatever reason they are all just raw dough they are super undercooked and taste terrible because of it your better off getting a Pillsbury doughboy roll and dipping it I'm roasted red peppers And I'm not sure who works the drive thru voice box sometimes I ask for a orange peeko tea and they come back with "you want croissant" ....... Me:.........no a tea Them: double double Me: TEA Them........chili This is like 50% of the time and even when they do finally get it they give me a coffee anyway so what's even the point. Read more

I went today to get a double double and ordered a mini eggs cookie as well. However, the man at the counter accidentally gave me a mini eggs donut. I didn't realize this but he did and as I was leaving he ran after me to give me my cookie, ... and let me keep the donut! So sweet of him, I wish I got his name because then I would've given him a shoutout on here. Whoever he was, he made my day, and left a great impression. Read more

Food is tasty, and the service was quick. Food bowl proportions could be larger, too much hype in their commercials about their "big bowl."Overall, a good experience. Are things different during peak hours?
