It seems to be a trend of Tim Horton, to cater to the drive through customers , but leave the inside customers to wait. I guess they make faster money in the drive through. I figured it would have been about customer service instead. For example, I was waiting at ... the counter for someone to take my order. I waited 25 minutes, in that time 5 customers in line behind me, walked out. Saying this was rediculous. In that time, 6 drive through customers went through the drive through. The counter girl walked past me and looked right at me at least 15 times. I have recorded these events numerous time. It seems it is at all the Tim Horton I go through. So maybe it is now a policy of theirs, as to who to cater to. The last time, I left the line and went and “walked” through the drive through, took 3 minutes to get my order.
