Tim Hortons - Edmonton, Alberta

It seems to be a trend of Tim Horton, to cater to the drive through customers , but leave the inside customers to wait. I guess they make faster money in the drive through. I figured it would have been about customer service instead. For example, I was waiting at ... the counter for someone to take my order. I waited 25 minutes, in that time 5 customers in line behind me, walked out. Saying this was rediculous. In that time, 6 drive through customers went through the drive through. The counter girl walked past me and looked right at me at least 15 times. I have recorded these events numerous time. It seems it is at all the Tim Horton I go through. So maybe it is now a policy of theirs, as to who to cater to. The last time, I left the line and went and “walked” through the drive through, took 3 minutes to get my order. Food is as always at tims but right around 1pm this place falls apart nothings coordinated and when my food was ready I had to reach to the other side of the counter to grab it. I get its a little busier than other hours at 1 but making a ... customer have to reach all the way across the counter because staff couldn't even set it half way is ridiculous. Read more

So glad to find they are open 24 hrs. We found ourselves out very late and hungry. Enjoyed chili next to Horton's fireplace. Thank You Tim.

I am a good client of Tim Hortons and this one offered of course the same menu. Very good service. And friendliness which you do not find in many of their locations. These employees seem to be enjoying their jobs and reacting and positive attitudes. 🧢

The last time that i went, i found the place very well maintained and the food tasted great. There was 1 employee that really caught my attention and that was Simon. He made the experience great by showing off a very welcoming vibe and being so open while taking my ... order. Made saying the interaction much more comfortable and quick. 10/10 would recommend.
