Was overcharged for a half decaf, half white hot chocolate and when I told the cashier that I am not paying that as it’s not the right price and that I wanted a new coffee she laughed at me, then she proceeded to go talk about me to her coworkers, I ... was absolutely disgusted by her attitude. I think the staff needs to be properly trained. As a former Tim Hortons employee I was appalled at the service we received.

They asked me to drive ahead when I ordered a pizza in the drive through. I know it only takes 90 seconds at most because I've ordered several in the last two weeks. I think they were trying to teach me a lesson to not order pizza in the drive ... through by making me wait almost 10 minutes. I learned my lesson. Never drive ahead at Tim Hortons. Read more

Staff need proper training on how to use the order receiving panel and may be also double check before placing an order. It is also helpful to recognize that you need extra hands especially in the food industry around peak hours so staff are not overworked. Otherwise nice service staff.

The service was satisfactory, but the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. I found the atmosphere to be unhygienic as it was not clean, especially the floors.
