Completely disappointed with today's experience at Tim because there was a lady supervisor named Angel has no manners to talk. She used fraud word for us because we gave them Tim coupons and she said you can not use the coupon here because it's from a different tim and owners ... are different so you can't use at any time go and use at same Tim Horton. She was so loud and aggressive. If supervisor are like that then what about the rest Staff. Don't know but want to complaint against her as she behaved. Read more

I went through the drive thru today. I had a turkey bacon club, a coffee and muffin. My order was right and my sandwich bun was so soft and fresh and the lettuce, tomatoes, and turkey also so fresh. I asked for less mayo so it’s not so much and ... it was done as I asked. Every place makes mistakes and I’m sure this location does but I had an excellent experience today with delicious food and excellent service from the person who served me. My sandwich was so good! It had been a while since I ate a soup and sandwich at Tim's. Roughly 10 years! I wanted a soup and sandwich. I ordered the Roast Beef & Cheddar and a Cream of Broccoli. I received a Roast Beef & Cheddar and a Chili, instead. I could have complained, but I ... sucked it up and ate it. The bun was very soft and tasty. Unfortunately the roast beef was very bland. No flavor and overly soft. The cheddar flavor was nonexistent. The chili was also very mellow and not that flavorful. I wouldn't order either again, unfortunately. Read more
