Not a busy place. Now understand why it is not busy. Received a half box of stone wedges and a cold steep tea.

Everytime I come here I always leave disappointed. The staff never listen to what my order is and will fight with me over why they did it the way they did. Which wasn't what I ordered or wanted to begin with. I've had staff short me my change when I ... pay cash. And I don't mean a couple of cents here and there. I'm talking full 5 dollars sometimes. And I've worked at Tim's before. I know what is expected from the workers for both service and food. Honestly at this point I'd recommend any of the other Tim's in this area over them. Read more

First time in recent memory were I had this level of customer service. A1 crew. Thanks. Update for Owner. Young tall white kid at the counter, courtesy at its best, very efficient and polite. I messed up my request and a young Asian kid quickly rang me in, made me ... feel good when he said it happens all the time and had my revised order ready in no time. For $10 loaded bowl and this is what i get. Rice is super soggy! Really disgusting! Im not sure if they’re out of lettuce caz it looks like a half piece of lettuce that just cut into pieces! Not worth the price!

Most of the time this location is great, but over the last couple of months, I have noticed that they haven't been putting hardly any cream cheese on my baggles. I pay for it, but there's pretty much nothing on it . So I'm forced to eat a plain baggle ... because I'm already at work. It's frustrating to say the least! Read more
