Terrible food. Terrible service. I never understood why anyone would pay them for money, let alone stand in line and wait for the dirty water they call coffee.

I ordered a cold coffe even show her in a tim horton app nd she gave me sme hot one when i ask she said u didn't show me i even ask the guy who gave me bro i order the cold one but the don't want to change the ... order...worst experience at any tim horton till date nd they are asking customer to stand up nd go bcz they want to clean the tables..not before even near to close... I go here often , out of convenience. It is not often they get your order right . This morning I ordered a sausage bagel belt . They left out the sausage and I was too far away to go back to have it rectified .

orders are always done very fast, and as long as you don't give the workers attitude you won't get attitude back. I'd be a little on edge too if I had to work right above an ice rink blasting music as loud as a concert and dealing with Karens left ... and right every weekend.. Read more

I came over and said I have a complicated order. There were no other clients. I explained what I need. Clerk said; - Oh, it's easy... And then got it wrong. And then again wrong. At least the clerk was pretty.
