Ordered a Farmers wrap with bacon and sausage with no egg. They didn't put any sausage in the wrap. Had to repeat myself three times to the lady taking the order. Train your staff better or lose a customer permanently. This store is the worst for ... mistakes. The one they shut down across from Kingsway Garden Mall was way better. Read more

The lady often on the food station is incredible rude and never makes things properly, i wasnt going to leave a review but it has happened often that she is very condencending about items we order if they take too long or she has to warm something we get a ... rude attitude and a eye roll. Store is open 24hrs... When they're up for it.. ordered a coffee for pickup, store was closed. I banged on the window, the staff member refused to give me my coffee unless I went through the drive through. I then had to wait in an Uber behind 7 cars causing ... me to be late for work. Just bought a coffee but I'm so sure the coffee pot was almost empty so they finished filling my cup with hot water :(, the donut was good though probably cause they didn't have to make it! Please stop using old buns for your sandwiches. The outside is too tough, the inside is dense and crumbles, becomes mealy, rather than squishing. The whole thing is hard. I do like the usual harder toasted outer sort of soft crunch that the fresh ones have, ... your bunwiches are very good. It's just dissappointing when I get an old bun.
