This has been the BEST Tim Hortons I've been to. The service is top notch every single time. I'm greeted every morning with a smile, quick service and a wish fir a good day.

They are serving hot beverages cold. I ordered a steeped tea it was cold like ice. The Guy serving at the drive through window was looking at me surprised when I said it is cold. They need to understand when someone is ordering a hot beverage. It should be hot not cold. 50% of ... the time they make my order wrong. If I say medium they give me large. So, I ordered a bacon crispy chicken wrap and tea. I did get my tea for free, just fyi. They handed me the tea, then another lady handed me the wrap separately, just by hand, wrapped up in paper, but no bag, and I looked at her like:" is ... this bring your own disposable brown paper bag day or something?".
