Average food, when seldomly available. As this property sits at the entrance to the entire Jackson Heights neighborhood, youd think they could at least maintain their property and MOW THEIR DAMN GRASS! They make the neighborhood look bad.

Updated X4 Awful Tim’s! Staff are slow and just talked among themselves as customers waited. Nothing speedy about this store. It was not busy either. The staff who took my order actually stopped mid way and continued to chat instead of finishing the order. I got 2 parfaits and they were ... not even full. Use another Tim’s Update: I did contact the company. I was informed that the store will be in touch and am still waiting for the store to contact me. #2 update: I have contacted Tim’s again since I was told the store would be in contact with me. I was told the store has been sent instructions to contact me again. This store still not contacted me. Obviously they do not care, obviously just not caring at all what the customers need. But allowing the staff to preform the duties they were hired for. Take your money to another Tim’s. would rate zero Update 3 I am still waiting to be contacted by this store. This Tim Hortons is so terrible. They prefer quantity over quality I was in the drive-through trying to order my food and I asked for a coffee and when I was looking to see what else I want she was like OK pull up to the window. Wouldn’t even let ... me finish ordering my food Felt so rushed and impatient people that work here they just want to get as many people through the drive-through as fast as possible when that’s not always the case. Through that last 2 years of visiting this Tim Hortons location it’s remained my favorite location for its consistent and friendly service, having minimal to almost no service issues. Honorable mentions to Suzy who’s hard working and has greeted me nearly every morning your efforts and attitudes are more appreciated.

This is the one closest to my place. The staff seem to do their best, and the food quality seems pretty consistent with other locations. I just find it odd how often they don't have basic things like a decent array of donuts and chili. I get the feeling this ... is a management issue and not a staff training issue... Honestly, I've been avoiding this location now because it's been an ongoing problem in the last year or so. Read more
