Made a mobile order and chose the "start making it now" option. Not the "start in 5 minutes or 10 minutes" option. Waited, waited, waited... finally checked in and confirmed they had our order... waited 5 more minutes and got our drinks, confirmed at this point they didn't start making ... our order which we sent in 30 minutes earlier until I talked to them, explaining that they can make the food "instantly" so they ignore the clear customer instructions on the order so "the food doesn't get cold." We were waiting in the restaurant with our kids the entire time. 10 minutes later finally got our food, which was "instantly" ready 15 minutes after I asked what was going on with our order. Cold coffee twice attitude when I brought it back they must have hoped I drive off...asked them to make a new pot they look at you and just say its fresh "How old is the dark roast how many minutes?"Its good for one hour in the words worst thermous ... because corporate says so!!! Worst service EVER. They sell you food they don’t have available. Then they tell you it’ll be 6-8 minutes. This happens more often here than I can count. Can someone do a better job with planning the food needed for lunch and dinner rushes? They said they had enough chicken ... for 2 out of the 3 meals. Then it turns out the chicken was no longer there and we had to wait for all 3 chicken orders. I’m assuming the 2 that were previously ordered went to the drive through orders placed after ours! Absoloutely Awful service! May 10th - I stopped for a breakfast sandwich, which I have gotten over 100 times here at around 6pm. They just lied to me and said they don’t sell breakfast at this time. Worst customer service. They always made the customer in rush. I know you have drive thru time but you have to care for your customer not only to hit your drive thru target! Wrapped was handed to me without any bag and napkins after handling money. Do you have food ... safety? Management should check this store. Read more
