Tim Hortons - Edmonton, Alberta

One of the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. All the delicious treats are always stocked and fresh. The drinks are always done correctly with love. Such hard working and kind workers. Highly recommend this amazing place!!!

Liked Tim Hortons better when it was a donut shop that offered simple lunch(soup, chili, simple sandwiches) choices as well. As opposed to trying to be just another fast food outlet that has a few donuts as well.

I came there last night exactly around 7:15pm. I ordered 3 medium Iced cap and half a dozen mixed donuts. Bob took my order and messed it up. He prepared only 1 iced cap, when I drove up to pay, the lady hands me 1 drink so I kindly corrected ... her by saying I ordered 3 medium instead of 1. Bob in the background started getting very mouthy. He started arguing with me and saying things like...I asked for 1. I think I know what I ordered. This timmies is unfortunately the one nearest to my home. Every time I come here, I am slightly infuriated. I understand that staff are trying to keep drive-through times low, but I am consistently stalled at the order window (always asked to wait/check if they have something/etc) and rushed away ... from the pick up window. Even pulling out my app to scan for points seems to be a very large nuisance to the staff at the window as it does take me a couple seconds to load up. If I take a second to put my wallet back in my bag before driving away, I will repeatedly be wished a "good day" in an effort to hurry me from the window. While keeping drive-through times low is important, I'd argue that a positive customer interaction is just as so. Read more

Ordered a bagel double toasted it was smushed and looks quadruple toasted in the pits of a volcano with a sprinkle of cream cheese. I'm absolutely furious at the quality and service.
