Starbucks - Edmonton, Alberta

I went here to order my birthday drink. My order was not even complicated, and it came out looking like swamp water. What a waste of a birthday drink! The enployees service was exceptional.

I normally go to the Starbucks in Windermere because of their consistent good service and willingness to go above & beyond. But today, we stopped at this location to receive the worst service from Sarah. My drink order & presence seemed to irritate her as she didn't even look at ... us or smile. Then my drink was made wrong which when politely brought to her attention, she was even more irritated. She snatched the drink out of my hubby's hand said, "fine, I'll remake it." No apology. Worst service ever. Serving drinks with curdled milk. I wish I can give them zero ⭐️ rating. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Avoid this location!!! Ordered the new Summer-Berry refresher drink. Got a venti size, and 3 sips it was gone. It was full of ice all the way to the top. Went back and ask why it's like this. They told me it's because their running low on the base for ... the drink and only way to make it full is by adding a lot more ice. No apology, just said it's standard Starbucks policy or something. My wife and I just laughed when I saw the recent reviews, bad ones😅🙏🏻 True enough, it was not very positive experience for us either. We ordered our drinks and the lady was very unpleasant. (She was not wearing the name tag, other staff were wearing one🤔) When we got our drink, they ... did not say anything, just left the drink and took off to make more drink. I understand that our ethnic name is not easy to enunciate, but please at least try and call us, smile and say thank you😢 We sat by the serving counter, and this lady started wiping the glass divider right in front of my face😳 The worst part was that she was ‘sitting’ on the counter where they make their drinks😟 I would definitely recommend other Starbucks locations, avoid spending your money for unpleasant experience😭 Good luck!
