Starbucks - Edmonton, Alberta

I used mobile order and when I got there, there were no one there so I thought my order would be ready in less than 2-5 minutes. Wrong. I waited 10 minutes for two drinks. I was waiting so long so I went to a near by server and she ... said that she just now was making the order after I0 minutes, and when I got my drink it was completely different it was in a venti (it was a grande) and I paid extra for boba and guess what no boba. And this it what she said “I upgraded you” I was furious upgrade?!? She took everything out of my drink and made it a bigger size. After complaining she handed me the drink still in a venti but had all the add ons, and after all that it tasted like a toddler had made it. Read more

Stood in line with a couple who were there for 5 mins before me and we watched the staff fill tons of mobile orders while we weren't even acknowledged eith a " Hello, be right with you". Do I guess the people who actually make the effort to get out ... of their cars and go into Starbucks are not worth the staff's time? Shameful. Online is king and real humans are dirt. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer since they came to Canada. NO MORE. I am sick of being treated LESS THAN because I'd like to have an outing with friends in person only to be treated like I don't exist. Starbucks sucks. Greedy, disgusting behavior. Read more

It’s always a 15-20 min wait at drive through. The last 2 times at the drive through either the debit wasn’t working or till were not working!! Slow slow slow!! Why is it every other Starbucks can zip people in and out and this one can’t?

Today, my bf and I were going to the drive-thru and the line was very long. I was already late from work yet still decided to get something to eat. I was starting to get annoyed because of how bad the line for drive-thru was but the worker was nice ... enough to talk to me and lighten up my mood while we waited for our order to finish. Her name was Katie and she was really nice and I loved her energy. She even gave me two free cake pops for being patient with them ♡ also, shoutout to that one worker too who was nice enough to give my order for free few weeks ago because someone cut in front of us while waiting for 20 minutes. Drive through was busy. The sausage N Egg McMuffin taste better, fresher and cheaper than the Starbucks version. $4.19 compared to $4.90
