Starbucks - Edmonton, Alberta

Staff have always been friendly and efficient even when they've been slammed with customers. They had the lines moving pretty fast, especially considering how large it was.

I have travelled all over Canada and the United States including Mexico and have been to Starbucks at each place. When I say I have never had quality service like I have here is an understatement. I come to this Starbucks at least 3 times everyday. Avery and the team ... are top notch you can’t get any better. Thank you for making my experience pleasant because without coffee it would be hard to do my job. I always get greeted with such a warm welcome and my coffee tastes perfect. This is a great little location! This is in the main lobby area of Commerce/Manulife Place, so you can take any door to the building and find this location pretty easily. The ordering is to the left & the mobile order pickups to the right (from the customer's perspective). I put ... in an order, walked over, and it was hot and ready. Bonus... I ordered on the free reusable holiday cup day, and they still had cups available around 11:30 am! Sooo glad I didn't have to wake up at 7am to get one! Read more

Not open Saturdays. I was there the Friday beforehand and love the service. Still can't stand pre-ordering on app. Especially a small Starbucks like this. It should not be available. There were only 3 people in line but the staff were super occupied with all the app orders.

Usually my experience has been great at this location. However, there have been two occasions where what I ordered was not what I received. As a customer it is daunting to try and correct the situation and I walk away unsatisfied. Don't think I'll do to this location anymore.
