Whoever was working the drive-through on June 12 at 3pm. He was fantastic. I told him kind of what I was looking for, and he knew exactly what I was looking for.

This morning I ordered an iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and it cost almost 9$. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in Starbucks. I came here and ordered the same drink I order at every starbucks a Sugar Free vanilla latte…. I order this because it’s one of the few drinks on the menu i can have due to medical reasons I’m a T1D so this makes a big deal. When I ... was placed my order I confirmed that it was sugar free. the barista assured me that it was. I took his word instead of testing it. Now I am aware that milk and all that does increase the BG but 5 minutes into my drink I spiked a whole 5mmol , I have never spiked that much from a couple sips . so I automatically stopped drinking it after this. The staff is always friendly. And if they make a mistake on your drink, they will remake it in a second. Their food is great. Yeah, the atmosphere is always friendly.

I have been going to this Starbucks lately for my fix of PSL's. Normally they have been great. Today I got something that was not a PSL. Not sure exactly what it was. Had to go back to get my PSL. It's a huge pain to have to go back ... to get the correct drink. My order was a mobile, it had the correct sticker on it, but not the correct drink in the cup. With the cost of gas and just the time factor of having to go back, it's just a huge pain to have to go back to get the correct drink. But the staff at this location are generally awesome! Read more
