I ordered an iced coffee today but the asian look service provider forgot to add sugar. I asked for an exchange, but the lady refused and only wanted to give me a package of sugar. Iced coffee should use syrup but not solid sugar. The drive thru took AGES and when I got to the window no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. I was starting to think the ordering box was broken. We walked in and waited at the order counter a few min before anyone finally acknowledged us (it's not hard to just say hi, I'll be right with you) when there was no one in line, there's 2 ladies just chatting away, 1 person making a drink, 1 person taking ... care of drive thru. I visited on 6th April 2022. The place was very clean and organized. All staff and particularly that girl who offered me Strawberry Coconut Refreshment was awesome and polite too. Such a wonderful experience it was with Starbucks. Honestly, it's impossible to beat the taste of starbucks coffee..😉☕️
