Update. 3 stars up from 2. You can’t complain about the products or staff. But there is still very little interest in maintaining the store and making it a pleasant location to visit with friends. They re-covered the chairs which was a huge improvement but that appears to be the full ... extent of corporate effort. Just visited the outside seating. Only one working umbrella and it is ripped. Plastic weaving on chair all unraveling. Party lights thrown in a bundle on a chair. This place used to be inviting! With hanging flowers and a well maintained space. Nobody appears to be looking after it now. The place is falling apart. Chairs are peeling and missing legs. The ceiling tiles are water stained. The blinds are filthy. Very run down. Don't come here for a cosy atmosphere. The staff are nice and provide great service and do what they can to make your visit pleasant. The drinks are the same as other locations. Read more

This location has really gone down hill. I’ve lived in the neighbourhood for 6 years and these past 2 it’s been really bad.... I come even when it’s not busy and it still takes me over 10 minutes to get my beverage (I get a drip coffee), the coffee tastes ... weak and often cold when I get a dark roast, and their condiments bar is always out of something... be it coffee cream, brown sugar, or honey. Went there for the first time on 2018-05-23. Nice comfortable setting, there were musicians performing at the front of the store. The young man and woman staff members were helpful with suggestions. The chocolate croissant they recommended was lovely; the woman said it had a bit of Nutella inside it. ... Overall a nice place, with a nice atmosphere, thanks for the pleasant stay. Read more

Girl with the purple hair didn't greet myself and my fiance when we came into the store to order. Also when I received my drink it wasn't even hot is was luke warm and when I said thank you for her handing us our drinks as we were sitting down ... she said nothing back. In other words she has poor customer service. I will never return into the store if that lady is on shift. Store on the other hand is very nice and welcoming besides the lady behind the counter.
