Cute Second Cup Coffee Shop located in the Callingwood area. I've been visiting this coffee shop regularly during the last year. The staff is quiet, but friendly. 4 stars for letting me set up my own gate. Not a 5 cause they was closed. And had no coffee.

Coffee here is always good and fresh! Cheers my mornings being greeted by its friendly staff and they even take their time to learn my name! Love this place!!!

Cashier/Barista had headphones in during my entire transaction. I said have a nice day and only Recieved silence in return, followed by the sound of her continuing a conversation through her ear buds. Not impressed, completely unprofessional.

Found that the staff is not that friendly although I love the manager. This Second Cup has a great place in the back for reservations for up to 20-25 people. I used that for couple events and found it perfect. Coffee is good as usual.
