Cookies were pretty good, not spectacular but I will not be back because they asked for a tip on the debit machine. There wasn't even an option for no tip so I hit the % button and put 0%. Encountered a very rude employee on Sunday Dec 11th around 2:30pm. She behaved like it was a major inconvenience to make up a gift box of 24 cookies. There was no one in line when I arrived. She took my payment first - only to start to huffing out of ... frustration, rolling her eyes at me before putting discontinuing to make up my box - she then said “it’s going to take me a while do to this up” I asked how long and she said “like 10-15 mins” she was visibly upset that there were other customers in line and obviously felt like she was taking too much time on my order. Even though there was another employee that could have attended to the other customers. She also did not bother to tell me that it would 10-15 minutes before she could start putting my order together when she took my payment. Anyways I returned 10 minutes later and she was on the phone while the other employee attended to the customers in line. She finally started to work on my box after she got off the phone about 5 minutes later and spent about another 10 minutes redoing the ribbon over and over again. After waiting about 25 minutes for something that could have been put together in minutes I left with a very shoddy looking box - and unpleasant customer experience. Other customer orders via the line and phone clearly took precedent over my order, but she made sure to take my payment right away. I will not return to this location. Read more

I was never a cookie person until I tried cookies by George. I don’t know what they have in their ingredients but it so soft, chewy, creamy and ADDICTING!
