Went to Mayfair branch today and was attended by a lady named Glessy. It was such a horrible experience. When I asked for a brown bag since I told her im having it to go, she gave me a very unhappy face. I dont know what her problem is when I ... asked for a to go carry bag, I can judt pay for it if she wants me to. Because of the attitude she showed me, I cancelled my order and left the store fuming mad. This is not the first time she did this to me so Im not going to let it pass. She should just be left at the kitchen, not incharge of customer facing because she has attitude. She certainly gave me such an unpleasant experience that Im not going back again because she doesnt seem to want any sales at all! Don't know about the food but the customer service is really poor. This lady was so rude. She should never be allowed to serve customers. I made a simple inquiry about the food and she was so rude and dismissive.

Workers are very rude and pushy. They have a sign saying “free meal if receipt not given” when I inquired about it because I was not given a receipt, I asked about the sign and worker started yelling at me and told me I was just trying to get a ... free meal. Ordered through Skip the dishes, was charged $55 for the meal and got chicken that's like a chicken paste that was raw and even cold in the center. My guess is frozen not fresh food, 1 bite made me vomit. Best part yet is that skip the dishes didn't even care ... about the poor quality food. They offered an $8 refund. Read more

We ordered through skipthe dishes. I ordered the 3 item combo: noodles, honey chicken, and black and pepper beef. I got 2 out of 3.
