We recently dined at Moxies at the St Albert location which is a beautiful place with good accessible seating and ambience. Our experience was truly elevated by the exceptional top-notch service we received that was evident in every interaction. Mary was incredibly dedicated and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure ... everything was perfect. Her warm and kind demeanor made us feel genuinely welcomed. W event for a late night date. Ended up at Moxie's for the last hour of their opening. The bartender served us and was great. It was empty so the appetizers came quickly and she remembered to put in my dessert when we were half done. Came out with perfect ... timing!! Sunday's are happy hour specials and we had the Calamari Shrimp and some kind of chicken. Both were pretty good but I don't see how the prices for Sunday specials were any different than they were in the regular menu or only $1 off. It was also Caesar Sunday! We both had them. Went for my birthday dinner and absolutely blown by the quality of food and quantity! The food was soooo good - 10/10 Best was the Thai chili chicken with peri peri crisps with the rigatoni ! Having never been here before I was really surprised at their prices. Everything has gone up but there are no lunch specials and very little was under $20. I had the beef dip and though good the fries in a tiny little bowl certainly didn't fill me up and you ... had to ask for ketchup. Water glasses were not refilled and after being there two hours we had to ask and it took a long time for them to come back to us. We had to put our coats on to get the bill which took another twenty minutes and they weren't busy. Lots of parking and the atmosphere is nice. Read more

We recently went to this Moxies because we were in the area to see a movie. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and had cozy lighting. There is a large bar/lounge on the right side, and then the restaurant area is on the left. The hostess stand is straight ahead upon ... entry, and there is plenty of seating in the waiting area. There is a large parking lot with plenty of spaces, including handicapped. The booth we sat in was comfortable and had plenty of room - we didn't feel squished. The server and hostess were very friendly and quick to provide service. The menu does not have as many options as it used to (pre pandemic), and it's really sad that they no longer have the Broccoli Cheese Soup. While we enjoyed our time, we couldn't believe the price of things. The cheapest appetizer was $19 (for a mushroom & cheese dip with garlic toasts) .... it's really hard to justify spending over $60 per person for a basic meal. They have a "happy hour" menu, but it wasn't a super discounted price as some other restaurants. It was a difference of $2-$4 for most items.
