We had a great dinner here this past weekend. We started with the Community Bread. It was fresh and the butter was delicious. I had the prime rib and it was a large portion that was served with creamy mashed potatoes and veggies. My husband had the halibut and said it ... was delicious. Came here for dinner as well as happy hour. Was not a busy weeknight, and we were seated promptly. Love the high ceiling and the roomy feel of the restaurant. Decor also felt classy. We had an amazing server who was very helpful with the menu and was very ... patient. I had to prime rib at her recommendation. It was excellent. And I was considering the prime rib versus the ribeye, and when I asked for her opinion, she recommended the ribeye. My new favourite Steakhouse! I went here for the first time for my birthday and everything was amazing. My husband called ahead of time to book a more quiet place of the resturaunt and they did not dissappoint. Amazing service and amazing food. All the staff were great, welcoming and ... even made me a card for my birthday. We got the 32oz steak and it was cooked to perfection. Would totally order again! We will definitely be coming back. I don’t even know where to start. The food at this place is always amazingly delicious! But!! The smoked whiskey is to die for! I’d give this place a 10 star but they only let you give 5. So I don’t often give bad reviews… but unfortunately I feel I need to in this case. I will start by saying the food was good! Tasted and presented nicely, but unfortunately one server spilled our street corn ribs on the table. This was our appetizer, so of course they ... had to remake it, and it didn’t come out until our mains did as well. Now I know mistakes happen, and we were fine with it. But our other server was very very very all over the place. Forgot everything multiple times, asked the same questions over again, didn’t bring things we asked for, and was just not a good server. We didn’t say anything, but I think the manager noticed and came over to make a few things right. But our food was getting cold waiting for things still. THEN we were finally done and just paid the bill, when we saw a MOUSE run by in the booth across from us! Disgusted and startled we rushed out of there, and will not be back! Especially as this is a more high end restaurant and on the expensive side, it was NOT worth it at all. Read more
