Wendy’s - Edmonton, Alberta

Went to the drive through. Got told that they can't scan QR code. Food took some time, fries was cold. Went back to ask for fresh fries only for the gate to be closed inside and to be ignored. Went through drive thru again Hesitant with doing refund. Asked for refund ... through debit not even refunded fully. Was told they can't do debit refund.. was told to wait 10 more minutes if wanted fresh food. Staff was hesitant giving refund back. Returned food back and went somewhere else instead. Read more

Best Wendy's in the area and the only one I go to. I'll literally drive an extra 10-15 minutes just to go to this Wendy's from now on. The food is fresh, tasty and the staff is normally very friendly. Thank you.

Food was great, no doubt about it!! Sitting was good too but very poor customer service. Few of us were in line waiting for someone to come take order but I guess they all were busy talking to each other and passing the ball to each other. One lady who must be Supervisor ... or manager she was on phone telling someone that oh just few guests are there, we are not busy at all don't you worry haha and guests are waiting in line for long wow.. Location is convenient to people and easy access to south common, of course you will end up going there after long day shopping but just ready to wait in line. We ordered bacon mushroom baked potato, French toast sticks, and ofcourse, poutine. Everything was good, and we have been to this location many many times now. It is a good stop, after shopping in South common.
