What an awesome restaurant! A wall full of board games, kids, welcome, and ample seating! we were welcomed by staff with a huge smile, there was five of us that got to sit at a high table in the bar, even though we had kids with us! Every single meal ... we ate was incredible, of course we family so we shared, and service was exceptional! I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name that served us, but he had really cool flowy hair and glasses!! Between us five, we had the 14 ounce steak with mash, chicken stirfry, Oscars, steak and lobster, the Mr. Mike’s burger on the loaf, and the chicken, fiesta salad . First time trying and overall was pretty good and would go back. We went for lunch on Saturday and had the breakfast Mike sandwich which was very good! It's only available on weekends until 3pm which is too bad because it was so good and would love to order that ... on weekdays also. We also had the Nashville chicken sandwich which was good but definitely had no spiciness to it which was disappointing. The chicken was super good but had to ask for hot sauce since the sandwich basically had no flavour. Service was really good, friendly and quick at refilling drinks but the kitchen was super slow and food took a really long time. The men's washroom upstairs was disgusting however but the one on the main floor was good so avoid upstairs! Read more

I don’t often goto steakhouses since they tend to be expensive, and Mr Mikes is no exception! It was quick to get in around ~4pm for our group, and the service was great! The servers were attentive and very friendly. The blue drink that I got was also very delicious and ... would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t like the taste of alcohol but wants to drink! The food I found unfortunately quite average. Some dishes were abit better like the lobster Mac, and the steak bites. But otherwise, the price IMO doesn’t match the quality. My steak especially was pretty chewy, I mean it was the cheapest one I could get so I’m not surprised! But at least they did it medium when I asked, very good! I also put on some salt and pepper since it was a little bland, but it’s no deal breaker for me. If you ever decide to come here I would suggest spending abit more on the steaks if you are looking to get one, the sirloin I received wasn’t the best, but maybe it was that specific one that I got. Ellie was an amazing server!!! Great attitude, great conversation, and she called me "pretty lady" 😁 her holiday makeup was very nice too! It was my first time at a Mr Mike's and the food was incredible! My steak was a perfect rare and the lobster mac was the perfect balance ... between cheesy and seafoody. Visited here on a work trip and wanted something familiar and comfortable. Our group was initially sat near the hostess table but we later switched to a table near the lounge - way better. We had a great server named Trevor! The drink and food specials were better than I expected ... for a chain and the food wasn’t too bad either. Overall we had a great night and we’re able to have some fun with the free board/table games provided! There’s definitely better places in the mall to eat but if you’re in a pinch this place will do.
