The new app for Burger King is for online order only, but the staff are friendly enough to let me order online and then wait to receive it and sit down to enjoy. Very appreciated

Drive thru employees rush you when ordering. No customer service. A simple please and thank you would be nice. Manager please coach your employees on the importance of great customer service and to always to leave a positive impression with your customers. Wow. Rudest manager I have ever encountered! Though I was going to dine in I was requesting paper cups due to having a cold sore on my mouth and also for my mom as she has a weak immune system due to cancer. I tried to explain this ... to the manager and she said “ it doesn’t matter it’s a bylaw that you have to drink out of plastic cups in our restaurant or you take out and you aren’t aloud to eat in the restaurant “ She told me that if she did it for me she would have to for every single person. Though if you eat in she had told another customer I was speaking to if they did not finish there drink they can then have a take out cup for there remaining drink. Which makes no sense for reducing waste.. I told the manager I would pay for the cups and she said no very rudely! . She wasn’t understanding at all. She said that every single fast food place does this now! Which is 10000000% not true! We ended up leaving went to McDonald’s ate in there and they don’t force you to do that at all. Burger King employees also store the so called clean reuseable plastic cups right beside the cash register! This is not clean. The tray that it was on has some random pieces of paper and the tray didn’t look clean at all. I don’t have trust that the cups are cleaned properly if they are stored improperly before use. The manager lady that is there needs to learn how to speak to people in a much nicer way! She has zero customer service skills and clearly thinks she is the law and can not make exceptions for any situation. This isn’t the first time she has been rude to me. A few months ago I had gone in and this same manager was rude to me over asking for a couple napkins even though I was polite. She clearly has problems and needs to be promoted to customer .. I had a mobile order and didn’t get the proper order. Shoutout to Vicky who was very helpful and had a great smile all through… the food was good too by the way..

Gave the BBQ Whopper combo a try. It isn't bad, but it doesn't stand out. Also, fries while fairly warm lacked salt, and sadly my burger wasn't really seasoned so it tasted rather plain. Staff were friendly and courteous, and the speed of service was fairly quick too.
