Burger King - Edmonton, Alberta

I order two whoppers with bacon and cheese added. I receive one with bacon and cheese and a second without. Return to counter to rectify. Supervisor says I did not order two with extra toppings, only one. I am left wondering how she knows what I ordered versus what cashier ... heard, versus how they punched it in more than I know what I ordered?? But, it seemed REALLY important to her that I understood I was the cause of the problem. I know I can do better next time... Read more

Had a burger and the lettuce was chopped like in a salad. Kinda disappointed coz it was really looks nice in their menu but it was limited on the burger like the sauce like there's no sauce. 😑 The poutine kinda salty and cheese curds not really melted. Service is ... okay and I noticed that there's a sign of $3 per person. I don't find it okay. More over - Please do clean & fix the washroom coz it's really annoying. Read more

Was in there yesterday, there were two burgers sitting in the warming area when I went to to the bathroom; and the same two burgers were sitting there after coming back out around seven minutes later. I ordered and they tried giving me one of the two, then got snotty ... after I asked for a fresh one. Only reason I knew it was the same ones is one wrapper was overlapping the other one. Read more

I had a neutral time here. I did think the $3 min was funny. The bathroom key was surprising. Must get a lot of rough housing I guess? The food was good/slow and the place was clean. Granted it was close to 10pm so maybe it makes a ... difference. Just my experience. Read more

This location has a sign that says they reserve the right to charge a $3 minimum. Excuse me? You're a fast food chain. You have multiple items for sale for under $3. Since when do you force minimum quantities on customers? So I can't just order 1 item that's under ... $3...suddenly that's not permitted. Give me a break. Also the bathrooms are key access only so that's just an extra bit annoying. Will be avoiding this place for sure Edit: And the bathroom toilet was clogged.
