Over 20 minutes stuck in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front. Cars were backing out while others were honking their horns in frustration. Basically we were held hostage in a drive thru. Bad burgers. Patty dry. Seemed like it had been sitting around, not fresh or juicy the way I remember BK. Flame broiled?? I think not, patty and bun was microwaved. So lame. I don't go out for takeout much. I definitely will not go to BK again. Really a let ... down from what I expected, maybe they just don't care about quality anymore. Read more

I have been to this Burger King a few times, and I was pleased with my order today. I ordered the Whopper Meal(on Whopper Wednesday) with fries and a Barq's rootbeer. The one thing I wish I had done differently is added cheese to my burger, but other than that, ... like I said, I was pleased with my order. Burger king is Burger king—it's not fine dining, but I had a great experience today. This location has had people come up to my car at night but that's not a fault of the business, that's the nature of fast food. Burger king charges extra for extra toppings... extra pickles cost ... 10¢. Boy, did the worker deliver… I was crunching on pickles in every bite. Fantastic. Exactly what I want when I say (and pay for) extra pickles! The flame grill adds a distinct flavour to whoppers, and their fries always deliver. I will note that the drink that comes with the meal deal is smaller than a McDonald's medium—if you are picturing that tall cup in your head, you should instead picture a McDonald's small. We tried the cheddar tater tots (unsure what the marketing name is)—I found the texture mushy and a bit underwhelming. If they were cheese stuffed taters instead of a breaded potato and cheese ball, maybe they would have tasted better. Ordering through the drive through was quick and we got everything minus straws for our drinks—we just took off the lids so not a problem (I dislike paper straws anyway!). Read more

I'd suggest getting your order takers some English lessons. Never had so much trouble ordering a meal lol. Also when I got my burger it was squished and had nothing on it while the nuggets were deep fried to a crisp.
