Boston Pizza - Edmonton, Alberta

Boston pizza is overall amazing, but the day I came on my Friends birthday was not what we planned. All of us were taking sips of our drinks, when suddenly one of my friends said she thought there was ants or some sort of bugs in her drink. Surprisingly, yes, ... there were ants in her drink. I’ve been a regular to Boston Pizza for a number of years. This was the first time I was incredibly disappointed with the food and portion size, which whenever I’ve eaten at a BP, has never been an issue. Ordered the Barbacoa Burrito Bowl from the summer menu as it ... was new, looked good, and the portion size was substantial from the pictures on the menu. Suffice to say what came out of the kitchen was a portion size I finished in less than 3 minutes, and was missing ingredients that were listed as part of the bowl. Asked the server, and was told that was the normal portion size. For $20, a pasta on pasta Tuesday would’ve been more satisfying, while also being cheaper. Not sure if it was this location in particular, but we left feeling hungry and disappointed, and will think twice about going to Boston Pizza in the future. Read more

My friend and I had an amazing time at this Boston pizza. We enjoyed the bourbon BBQ chicken pizza, which was delicious. Our server was really nice, and the atmosphere was great.

Have a blast every time we come here. The atmosphere is awesome especially around hockey games. The servers do an awesome job of providing great service. The food tastes great! I personally have had Isabelle and Danny many times as servers and they are absolutely incredible. Danny always gets all ... the details of our meal perfectly and truly makes us so comfortable. Isabella provides such a fun environment by engaging with us, making quips and such awesome small talk, all the while making us feel welcome. A bit disappointed with my last visit to BP: 1 min after menu given "Would you like to order?" "Not ready yet." Server vanishes for 20 minutes! "Here's your drinks" "Excuse me.
