I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by a tall gentleman at Boston Pizza during my recent visit. As a regular diner at this location with my family, we expect courteous and efficient service, but unfortunately, this experience fell far short. To make matters worse, when we presented a coupon ... towards the end of our meal, he chastised us, asking why we hadn't shown it earlier. This interaction was particularly hurtful and unnecessary. We visit Boston Pizza at least once a month as a family, and encountering such behavior from a staff member tarnishes what should be an enjoyable experience. Overall, this visit was marred by the tall waiter's unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers. His behavior not only soured our dining experience but also made us reconsider returning to this location in the future. Read more

Great servers here. However I am leaving a 1 star review for service. 3 times in the last 3 months I have orders takeout after a long shift. Simply to take my food, come home and eat….so I don’t have to cook a meal after a long day. 3 times ... in a row, I have been charged for a full meal, come home, and found missing items in my order. Management continues to offer me a credit, but why? What would make me want to come back when meals aren’t complete, just to try to give me a credit and then sucker me for more money. Customer service is kind of a joke here. Told management to forget the credit, I won’t be back. Lazy practices. Read more

Very spacious and has an amazing sitting set up that allows you to have a full view of the TV screens

So apparently they don’t know how to service food. Waited one hour and got everything together. So stupid and when I talk to the manager she tried to blame it on me. Very sad. Bad service.

Where is the rest of my cake? Ordered chocolate explosion slice of cake and a big section is missing! Drove in the cold snow to pick it up get home and it looks like someone took a big bite chunk out of the top corner ? A slice ... of cake should be a slice of cake not missing part of the slice !
