Worst I have had buddy burgers like tons of times from different a&w outlets but never knew someone would pull he’ll lot of mustard sauce and waste the taste of it. It was just a small 3.10$ burger which tasted like puke yesterday. Please don’t fool your customers like this. ... My friend has a tomato allergy so I asked for a plain teen burger, the buns went into the toaster and the rest of the burger rested on the counter already cooked and put tg(idk how it was staying tg💀💀💀) then gave it to us with extras of everything on ... it including extra tomato’s…. Bc I had watched the cook bear hand make our food and incorrectly, I asked her to remake it completely and watched them pull it out of the sandwich as if that was gonna stop her from having an allergy attack 💀😭 glad i watched as well as I did so we simply didn’t eat; I can not stress enough how gross the cooks hands were 😕 Read more

Twice I ordered the BLT chicken cruncher and they gave me the normal sandwich. Why have deluxe options if you won’t actually give me what I pay for. This location needs better training

comically small patty. a burger that costs almost $5 shouldn’t come with a patty that weighs less than a chicken nugget

I have always enjoyed A&W I have been going to A&W for many years actually for as long as I can remember. The teen burger has always been my favourite and of course the A&W Root Beer is the best especially if you go to a restaurant and you ... get it in a frosty mug. The food is tasty and served hot. This time I tried a plant based teen burger and it was good I was mildly surprised at the taste and texture it was very similar to a beef burger. I doubt I will get it again but I tried it. I will continue to come here again at times. But honestly there are so many choices downtown A&W is not a priority but it’s quick and food is half decent. Read more
