We went for breakfast around 10am today waited for 30 minutes to order & when i asked "you guys don't take my order for 30 minutes", those employee girls at the till were rude as hell, never coming back to this location.

Jessline was very courteous and nice to speak with and handled my order correctly. I recommend Jessline for a promotion. You should be lucky for having her in your team !

Bathroom is clean, which is nice. Could have used more fries in the poutine. Also, wendys gives coupons when you ask for them.... a & w does not. (Even though they mail them out too)

Kudos to all staff and managers on A&W south common. They went above and beyond their service, especially Harpreet. Food is freshly cooked and well prepared. Love coming to this place.

Good service, with courteous and friendly staff. Pricing is somewhat high compared to other fast food joints, and their menu is done up in a way that seems deliberately confusing about combo pricing since the info on such isn't a consolidated price like almost everywhere else but it's visible ... two screens over as add on pricing. Additionally, it is saddening to see processed cheddar cheese on a $2.99 burger (the '56 Buddy Burger), especially with all the marketing about having wholesome ingredients and none of this none of that marketing angles. Beyond that, burgers were quite tasty, with fluffy buns, but such a disappointment to have a lower quality cheese instead of a proper slice of cheddar on a $3 burger. Thankfully their other products like the '56 Papa do not have this shortcoming. Also, so nice that when you dine in, you get a frosted mug that your drink is poured into! Read more
