Our server was almost ready to turn us away, we were a family of 5 and he wanted not to accommodate us. He did, and we got two booths in the back. We went for a 10:00 am breakfast. We waited ten minutes before getting our drink and meal ... order, and during the meal we never seen him until near the end to refill the long empty drinks. I'll start with the good, the restaurant was clean and the customer service was really good, very nice guy and was quick to refill our coffee. Eggs and potatoes were good, but the chicken tasted old and the sausage was not good at all. Pancakes were dry and it was a ... little pricy for what you're getting. Wouldn't come again unless they got better quality ingredients, just tasted cheap and wasn't fresh at all, considering you're paying 16$ for breakfast it's not very good. Read more

We went to Smitty's because we were driving by and I was craving bacon. The restaurant was empty, so it was no surprise that the service was very fast. Our server was wonderful. He accidentally brought me a hot chocolate instead of a cold milk and immediately replaced it and ... didn't charge for my drink. The food was hot and good, the bacon crispy. Working within walking distance, this has been a go-to on many occasions. The food is great. The only thing I don't love is the speed of service. From walking in and waiting for a table, waiting to take the order, waiting for food and then waiting for the bill and ... to pay, it takes way longer than necessary. On many occasions I had to peak into the kitchen or find a staff after waiting and needing to leave. Our staff had to stop going during work because of this. I recommend ordering ahead if you're in a time crunch. Read more
