McDonald’s - Edmonton, Alberta

Customer service was horrible. I get that it may had been a little bit of a busy night but took 30 minutes to get our food while they kept packing and giving others orders who had came after us. When we finally got our food they had forgot some, and ... when we said something they tried to give it to someone else’s order. Also saw many people come back in for fries. Now I understand a little since I do work at a restaurant but McDonald’s is known for its FAST FOOD. Read more

Wonderful service, fries were hot. Jasmine provided excellent customer service at the first window. Sweet and profession. Give that girl a raise, she deserves it.

It was Quick service and the food was very good. The only one thing that I maybe had a bit of a hard time with was I had a hard time understanding what she was saying to me but then it was Wlndy also so that was part of it. ... she had me come up to the window and we just spoke to each other and everything was fine. Went here pretty late after a sports tournament in the area, dine in. Food took almost 45 minutes to arrive, after having to ask multiple times and them supposedly losing the order. While we were waiting, the staff were making a doordash order for someone who didn't show up for ... another 10-20 minutes. When the food arrived, I had ordered something with bacon and the bacon was completely hard and burnt. To their credit, the rest of the food was fine. Went to the washroom, which had someone's clothes and backpack in the corner of the accessibility stall. Overall very dirty both in the washroom and main building. Read more

This McDonald's is absolutely disgusting. It is filthy, dried on crusty dirt mixed with condiments everywhere. Dead bugs in window ledges everywhere. Dead and living bugs on ketchup dispenser. I would never ever eat here again. They should be absolutely embarrased with the way this restaurant looks.
