A&W - Edmonton, Alberta

Very clean restaurant, and friendly staff. The rings were thick and crispy and well seasoned. The teen burger was juicy with fresh toppings and not over-sauced. Love the ice cold root beer served in the glass mugs!

Grew up with this restaurant when I was living in Stony Plain. It is a staple in Stony Plain, service is amazing, food is great, atmosphere is always clean. The staff over the years have been steady and always care about service, food quality and knowing their customers.

My problem at this location is with the one cup program. Went through today and gave my dirty one cup to be exchanged or rinsed and refilled. Only to have it filled without a rinse. I leave the cup in my vehicle for the times I’m feeling like A&W so ... it’s not been cleaned. Plus it’s been sitting for a couple weeks. Great location! The main resturant was extremely clean, and the staff were professional and quick with the food. My only complaint was the men's room was kind of messy. Unfortunately when lifting the toilet seat, there was an amount of undesirable matter there. Otherwise fantastic location!

I got food poisoning from this location and since you can’t give negative stars I have to give a one… here’s where it all started… Went though the drive thru and ordered two burger meals. Waiting in line for 5 minutes, I was the only one there drive thru and ... inside (it was about half an hour before closing) got told to pull around front and had to wait another 15 minutes just for my food.
