Great place to meet friends for any meal. I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner over the years since it was a drive in when I was a kid and the girls on roller skates would come take your order. Root Beer is always a great taste.

Every A&W in the city has taken a coupon off my phone other than this one. Staff were unhelpful and atmosphere was horrible smelled like human excrement and looked like someone had relieved themselves on the floor. Would not eat here if it was life or death. Would not recommend.

My husband and I went to order two drinks since I wanted to get their A &W one cup promo. The lady taking the order was just purely rude, impolite and absolutely no manner at all. Without any explanation refuses to give us two of their ‘ A &W one ... cup’ promo which states 1 cup per customer if we each ordered a drink, but to her we were together so we should only get one of their promo cups and not two promo cups. When clearly there was two of us each ordering two drinks! So my husband said to cancel the order, we’re each ordering on our own and she slams the cups and goes fine I’ll give them both to you and rudely yells back no need to split the order. Then she goes on raising her voice saying ‘what do you want in your ice latte’ when it’s obviously it can’t be altered from the machine because it’s already on a pre set setting. This location deserves less than one star! Absolutely one of the worst A &W location in Edmonton. It’s nothing compare to the location at 11135 149st. They are way more polite, friendly and have excellent customer service. Better to take your business somewhere else! I will not be ordering from them in the future! Read more

By far the rudest drive through staff I have ever encountered- absolutely no pleasantries, no thank you, no have a good day, nothing. Secondly, if you have a coupon and are ordering multiple items applicable to the coupon (like 2 bacon/sausage and eggers but are ordering 4), you will never get ... the best deal. They used the coupon on cheese and eggers that I ordered and charged me full price on the meat ones which are $1+ more per sandwich. Lastly, they skimp on toppings all the time. Today, barely one piece of bacon per sandwich. AND no ketchup in the bag when I asked for it. I HIGHLY doubt I’ll ever be back. I’ll drive further for better service and quality food. Read more

I order my food from this restaurant during midnight through SkipTheDishes. My order was delayed more than 68 minutes. I was when I tried to call the restaurant they did not pick up the phone. I tried them five times. This is a fast food restaurant this weight is too ... much. I never expected this, how can a restaurant not pickup the call. Very disappinted. Received the food which was stale sweet potato fries were stale, and beyond patty was so chewy, and hard. Won't recommend ordering at night. Read more
